Bubbles & dry skin

Do you love a good bubble bath? Who doesn't! Is there anything better than soaking in the tub. There is something so zen about it & relaxation is essential to your body. Whatelse is a great way to relax, achieve that peace of mind & reflect than a good bubble bath. The fun part of any bubble bath, is ofcourse the bubbles!

Now to get your bath bubbly all you need to have is shampoo. Yes, you read that right, you dont need bubble bath products to make it bubbly. To start, pour it directly under the faucet where the water comes out, & walah! it will churn out your bubbles fluffily!

Remember: Too much hot water on your bath is less helpful. To avoid drying out your skin, limit your bath to 15 mins. Now with the colder weather I know that you guys love taking hot showers at the end of the day. Sadly, hot water is bad for your skin because it can dry it out.

Dry skin is something we definitely would want to avoid during cold season. Did you notice that when we take long hot & steamy baths our hands tends to prune-up?

Because the skin is losing its oils and is absorbing more water, & when the water goes away and skin goes back to normal, the oil on our skin is depleted. What we usually do is to apply body oil or lotion after the shower. Another way is to RINSE with cold water. Do a cold rinse before you jump out instead of maintaining hot water running throughout your shower. It will help close up your pores. It is also incredibly refreshing and helps hair maintain its shine! It makes less jolt to your body by gradually cooling down the water. Then apply your favorite concoction after exiting the shower.

Speaking of which that sounds good right now!

How do you like to relax and unwind?
